Team leader for technical requirements, architecture and development of interactive, internet-based applications and databases. Programming background in C++, Java, Java Beans, Java Script, XML/XSL, PERL/CGI, HTML and familiarity with distributed computing using COBRA. Demonstrable experience developing custom applications written in JAVA (applets/servlets) and scripting languages such as Cold Fusion, WebLogic, or NetDynamics. Function as a link between technical team and creative groups, business groups and clients. Manage and mentor technical team in project development. B.E./M.E. in Computer Science/Engineering and 3+ years of interdisciplinary professional experience as a development manager, interactive application programmer, multimedia author, web application developer, and project manager required.

Requirements:

- Strong skills in computer programming for internet-based, interactive-media applications.

- Understanding of usability issues and human factors.
- Strong inventive drive and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Supporting examples of commerce or marketing websites, multimedia, courseware, games, designs, animations or code where you are a primary creator.

Design and deploy code and elements for the web and other media. Integrate visual and technical elements to make compelling and intuitive navigation. Support and assist in web development, complex database implementation and application-based projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years internet development experience.
- Comfortable with a variety of programming (HTML, Cold Fusion, Javascript/DHTML, CGI, PERL, etc.), authoring (Director/Lingo, Shockwave/Flash, others) and some design production (PhotoShop, Illustrator/Freehand) tools.
- The curiosity to explore new technologies, the inventiveness to find quick solutions to complex problems, and the organizational skills to document discoveries for re-use.
- Excellent team communication skills and creativity.
