Seizing the opportunity that was created by the Indian Technology liberalization policy, Noetic Solutions Private Limited was founded in September 1998 by Viral H. Shah (Managing Director), Niraj Shah (Director) and Gautam Venketesan (Chief Technical Officer). All three had studied and worked in the United States at some point in their careers and saw the opportunity to build a company that could capitalize on deregulation in the communications industry and the explosive growth of the Internet. Each believed that a Software / Web development provider with the spirit of a fast moving, innovative high technology company was what customers were seeking.
